100k Giveaway
By participating in the Brick, LLC Instagram 100K Follower Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Giveaway is sponsored by Brick, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, operating out of Chicago, Illinois (“Sponsor” or “Brick”).
1. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Brick are not eligible. Participation is subject to compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.
2. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins on Sept 30, 2025 at 10:00AM CDT and ends on Oct 7, 2025 at 6:00PM CDT (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter. To enter, participants must follow @getbrick on Instagram, like the official Giveaway post(s), and comply with any additional entry requirements specified in the post(s) (e.g., tagging friends, sharing content). No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Multiple entries may be permitted as specified in the Giveaway post(s). Automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
4. Prizes
One (1) grand prize winner will receive a giveaway basket valued at over $1,500, containing items selected by Brick.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No prize is guaranteed, and prize availability is subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection and Notification. Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries and notified via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the Giveaway Period’s end. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, providing requested information (e.g., mailing address). If a winner does not respond or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
6. Instagram Disclaimer. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any liability related to the Giveaway.
7. Taxes and Compliance. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. Winners may be required to provide tax identification information and complete IRS Form W-9 before receiving prizes valued at $600 or more.
8. Publicity. By entering, participants grant Brick permission to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants release Brick, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, and employees from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or other issues beyond its reasonable control.
10. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway due to fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its control. Any violation of these Terms may result in disqualification. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
11. Governing Law and Disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
