Our mission is to help people regain control over their technology so they can do more of what matters. As we scale, we’re looking for a Social Media Intern to help manage and support community engagement across our paid and organic social channels.
Position Description
The Social Media Intern will be responsible for monitoring and responding to community interactions (70%) and sourcing or flagging potential creators and community advocates (30%).
This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, social media savvy, and passionate about digital wellness and community connection. The person in this role will work closely with our Marketing and Brand teams to ensure every comment, question, or piece of feedback is acknowledged and routed to the right internal contact.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management & Engagement (70%)
- Monitor comments and messages on paid ads and organic posts daily.
- Respond to community interactions in a timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned manner.
- Flag product-related, order-related, or partnership inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Support a positive, engaging, and on-brand presence across all channels.
Creator Sourcing & Community Monitoring (30%)
- Identify and track potential creators, ambassadors, and superfans who organically post about Brick.
- Monitor mentions, UGC, and tagged content to find authentic advocates and new partnership opportunities.
- Help maintain an organized database of ongoing creator relationships and outreach leads.
- Flag standout posts or content for potential reposting or creator seeding.
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills with attention to tone and clarity.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
- Organized, dependable, and responsive to feedback.
- Passion for intentional living, digital wellness, and building online communities
Timeline & Compensation
- Duration: 2 months with possibility of contract renewal based on performance.
- Commitment: Part time, 20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
- Compensation: $25/hour
