We want you to be completely satisfied with your Brick purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Manufacturer Guarantee:
  • Each Brick is covered by a lifetime manufacturer guarantee. If the Brick is not functioning properly (not scanning, sticking to magnetic surface, etc) we will supply you with a free replacement.
Return Guidelines:
  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
